We ship Worldwide.

How long will my order take?

Depending on which shipping method you choose you can expect your order to arrive in accordance with our shipping guidelines for that shipping class. We will aim to despatch all stock orders within 24 to 48 hours and for all custom/ personalised items we aim to ship within 7 days unless otherwise advised.

How do I return an item?

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14 day returns policy on standard items. We hope this is not the case but if you are unhappy with your item and would prefer a different size or product please click here to get into touch with us and we would be happy to assist you to ensure you receive the best experience with us.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your non-personalised goods, simply return them to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt. The costs of returning goods to us shall be paid by you. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage costs on unwanted personalised and non-personalised items.

This includes items that are disputed on print quality: looking lighter or darker than the product image. The very nature of computerised product images means that brightness, contrast and vibrancy levels of your screen and mobile devices are different to other screens so print quality will not always look the same when on garments and other products. We may use different suppliers for the same product so please bear this in mind when purchasing multiples of the same item – materials, quality and sizing may be slightly different to one another.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item or if we ask for you to return the item back to us we’ll happily pay for the postage for it be sent back. You can contact us for returns shipping details.

The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 28 days of delivery. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.

We regret that postage and packing costs for unwanted items cannot be refunded after 14 working days from when the order was delivered.

 

Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you.
  •  Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.
  • If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.
  • The item has been used, worn or washed resulting in the item to be defective.
  • You have disposed of the item you have an issue with.

Note: If you have ordered the wrong size or product by accident, unfortunately you are liable for all return costs incurred.
